Refund & Return Policy
At Grano Tortillería, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality tortillas, masa, and chips. All of our products are made to order, vacuum-sealed for freshness, and shipped the same day they are prepared.
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues with your order under the guidelines below.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Without photos, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Orders Marked as Delivered
We rely on carrier tracking to confirm deliveries. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

First, check with neighbors, building staff, or other household members.

Contact the carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) to open a missing package case.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages stolen, misplaced after delivery, or sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your claim is approved, we can issue:

A replacement order (preferred)

A refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Shelf Life & Product Quality
Our tortillas are vacuum-sealed and remain fresh for 5-6 days without refrigeration. Please refrigerate or freeze upon arrival if you will not consume them within that time.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

Products reported as “bad” after the safe consumption window

Products stored improperly after delivery
