Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Grano Tortillería, we make fresh, handmade tortillas, masa, and chips to order. Please review our shipping and pickup policy before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Production

  • All tortillas are made fresh, without preservatives, on our weekly production schedule.

  • We require at least 1 business days’ notice for all orders.

  • This ensures you receive the freshest possible product.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 1 business days after production.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Standard delivery times are typically 2–3 business days, depending on location.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Note: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, packages marked as delivered but stolen, or carrier-related delays. Please refrigerate or freeze your tortillas upon arrival to maintain freshness.

Pickup Orders

We offer pickup at our preferred locations for customers who want to save on shipping and receive their tortillas as fresh as possible.

Pickup Details:

  • Orders must be placed at least 1 days in advance.

  • Pickups are available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

  • Tortillas are packed in standard plastic bags (not vacuum-sealed).

  • Please pick up your order on time to maintain peak freshness.
